TAKE TWO

today ventured out the normal domain and headed up to bockhill somewhere i normal don't venture but most  off late it been turning up the goodies, meeting adam at half seven and pointed in the right direction  by Malcolm we was soon seeing chiffs and goldfinches by the bucket loads on returning we bumped back into chip shop chris and malcolm with chris all pleased with himself after refinding the wryneck, but it was what malcolm said that gots us hot footed, to the leas and try and get the greenish warbler after getting there, and meeting the bockhill crew and being told we missed it, so we went back for the wryneck for me the third this year and my second in under a week

IN THE BAG FOR HEATHY

after the other day of bush bashing looking for a wryneck and getting on with my work marc telephoned me saying wryneck is still there so i arranged to meet him after work along with steve,on arriving meeting steve and waiting for marc,we met sue so we all went down together and i volunteered to go down in the scrub with steve not far behind and behold a wryneck sulking in a bush with this i waved to marc but he had no luck seeing it,and it shot out the bush with steve seeing it,so we all went are different ways trying to locate it again but with no joy,as i was stomping about it popped up and gave a glimpsing view as it disappeared again in a thick bush with this i shouted to the others, and i went in and flushed it so heathy is a happy man

and wishing all the way back for few off the birds that having been turning up,magnolia, sykes, lanceolated warbler any one would do,then it happened noting a bird sitting on the fence near the towers could not get a clear view all sorts went though my head, then bollocks a stone chat still a nice bird to ended the day with
