SUNNY SUNDAY

Up bright and early this morning and headed of to thanet, park the car and walk along the cliff top in a cold breeze few fulmars were buzzing past and a corn bunting singing in normal spot but bugger all else,so walked back on the beach and was lucky enough to have two very confiding rock pipits so i spent a hour or so with them in glorious sunshine

then my phone went off and alerted me to the hoopoe at snodland,so off i went with direction for gibbards i soon found the place but no bird so a wander around and still no luck,so i went back to last place it was seen and bumping into john c and john t,so yet again another wander about still no luck so i headed off on my own and bingo there it was just sitting there

a quick record shot, lol lol,so went home happy, later on i went up east blean woods with jackie noting l spot woodpecker, nut hatch, marsh tit and a flock of 16 + crossbills
