WORN MEADOW ??

Strange looking pipit along recuvler sea front,when i first saw it i was thinking worn whinchat than i had a good look pipit but not a meadow,as it sounded like a sparrow a took a few distant shoots before it flew when it land in front but block from view for a shoot i note which i thought was strange it was buff colour under parts and breast but no flank streaking as such,but only on the sides,the bill was black and it seemed long legged,than again could it be a worn summer meadow,but we in summer now

RED CRESTED POCHARD

It seems the pochard has been vanishing,but after a couple of afternoons spent on the ramp with the bird not showing it at last gave it hiding place up it been in the back pools and cames out late afternoon,did the same thing this evening as well as yesterday,while waiting noting 17 sand martins and 3 swallows and another fly past yet again know idea

RETURN OF THE POCHARD

Popping into grove after work and heading to the ramp quick call to sue to see what was about,red crested pochard which had vanished for the weekend but which has return

a couple of shot,also had a red kite north east and this super plane thunderbolt i thick tell me if i am wrong

also a single green sandpiper,after sue had left six sand martin flew over heading recuvler way
