NAILED THEM

At last got my stoat shots,only downside i got the one with top of it tail missing,spent good half hour walking backwards as this little jem was in and out the scrub on the sides of the track.

I AM ONLY A EAGLE yeah WHAT A MEGA

With news breaking of the mega short toed eagle,at last giving itself up to the masses,with andy appleton breaking the news to rest of the uk,then the wait started with my other half going out with the famous words i only be an hour,this was at half twelve and she got back at quarter to four,with me sweating and biting at the bit to go,i arrived at the ashdown forest at 5.20pm with no bird to be seen gutted and pissed off come to mind,so i took a stroll with a few other birders,then this guy came running up the hill shouting it in view,within seconds i was looking at a stunning short toed eagle,my shots are naff as was dark and very over cast so go and see it,had views four nearly hour and a half flying and perched up

SORTED

After weeks of trying to work how to process raw files, i have at last found the issues,i was uploaded them in to canon ddp,then opening them with pse all the detail then just fell out,binned most of my photos,new way upload into pse then open with edit everything is there a few shots i have taken,point me the right direction if i am doing something wrong

THAT MAGIC NUMBER

With most people from the valley going to wales the last week meant i was kind of home alone,i started off in the valley banging away at the swifts and martin

then this peach of a cettis warbler

then we had breaking news of a baillons crake at oare marshes,so i had to rush up there after work and hope it was still there and at quarter to nine it called tick number 298,and the following week a blyths reed warbler turn up at dungerness tick number 299,so what could be number 300 well a call from a friend put me in touch with a golden oriole,at a undisclosed site so sorry everyone yesterday that asked me but no can do
